These Terms govern your use of Aiemaily. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a template pending final legal review; contact support@aiemaily.com with any questions.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Aiemaily to send spam, violate others’ rights, or break the law. The autonomous agent acts only within the boundaries you configure, and you remain responsible for messages sent from your account.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment provider. You can cancel any time and retain access through the end of the billing period. Lifetime/AppSumo codes are subject to their specific terms.
AI output
AI-generated drafts and actions are provided to assist you. You’re responsible for reviewing output before it is sent in Copilot, and for the rules you set in Autopilot. We don’t guarantee accuracy of generated content.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On termination you can export your data before deletion.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
