Manage sessions, export everything, or delete your account entirely.

Your data belongs to you. Aiemaily gives you full visibility into active sessions, a complete export of everything stored against your account, and a permanent delete option that erases all records including your authentication entry.

Password and authentication

If you signed up with email and password, you can change your password from Settings → Account → Security. Enter your current password, then your new one twice.

If you signed up via a social provider (Google), password management is handled by that provider. You can link or unlink social providers from the same screen.

Use a strong, unique password

Aiemaily stores your email credentials. A compromised Aiemaily account could expose access to every connected mailbox. Use a password manager and enable two-factor authentication when it becomes available.

Session management

Settings → Account → Sessions shows every active session: device type, approximate location, and the time it was last active.

Review active sessions
Open Settings → Account → Sessions. Each row shows the device, browser or client, and last-active timestamp.

Revoke a single session
Click Revoke next to any session you don't recognise or no longer need. That session is invalidated immediately; the device is signed out on its next request.

Sign out everywhere
Click "Sign out all other sessions" to revoke every session except the one you're currently using. Use this if you suspect unauthorised access.

Unrecognised session?

If you see a session you didn't create, revoke it immediately, then change your password. A session you don't recognise could mean your credentials were compromised.

Exporting your data

You can request a full export of everything Aiemaily holds about you. The export is prepared asynchronously and delivered as a downloadable ZIP containing JSON files.

Export timing

Large accounts may take a few minutes to prepare. You'll receive an in-app notification and an email with a download link when the export is ready. Links expire after 24 hours.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It removes all your data from Aiemaily's systems — threads, messages, drafts, context, preferences, and your authentication record.

Before deleting, download an export if you want to keep a copy of your data.

Go to Settings → Account → Danger zone
Scroll to the bottom of the Account settings page.

Click "Delete account"
A confirmation dialog appears explaining what will be deleted and asking you to type your email address to confirm.

Confirm deletion
Type your email address and click the final confirm button. Deletion begins immediately.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account erases all stored data including your connected mailbox credentials, agent context, threads, messages, drafts, and your authentication record. There is no grace period and no recovery path.
