Install to your home screen and launch like an app; reading and sending mail needs a connection.

AI Emaily is a Progressive Web App — install it once and it launches from your home screen like an app. It needs a network connection to read and send mail.

What 'installable PWA' means

A Progressive Web App (PWA) is a website that your browser can install and treat like a native app. Once installed, AI Emaily gets its own home-screen icon, and launches in a standalone window without browser chrome.

Static assets such as scripts, fonts, and icons are cached after your first visit, so subsequent launches load quickly. Your mail itself always loads over the network.

Mail content stays private

The service worker only caches the app shell (HTML, CSS, JS, icons). Your email messages and AI call results are always fetched over the network and are never written to the on-device cache — protecting your mail if someone else accesses your device.

How to install

Installation takes a few seconds and requires no App Store or download. Follow the steps for your device below.

    Open aiemaily.com in your browser

    Use Safari on iPhone/iPad, Chrome on Android, or Chrome/Edge on macOS/Windows.

    Tap or click the install prompt

    On iOS/iPadOS: tap the Share icon (box with arrow), then 'Add to Home Screen'. On Android: tap the three-dot menu, then 'Add to Home Screen' or 'Install app'. On macOS/Windows desktop: click the install icon in the address bar.

    Confirm the install

    Tap 'Add' (iOS) or 'Install' (Android/desktop). AI Emaily appears on your home screen or in your Applications folder.

    Sign in once

    Open the installed app and sign in with your AI Emaily account. Your session persists — you will not need to sign in again on subsequent launches.

    Allow notifications (optional)

    When prompted, allow notifications so AI Emaily can deliver background push alerts for new mail. You can change this later in Settings → Notifications.

When you are offline

AI Emaily does not work offline. No mail is cached on your device, so reading, searching, replying, and sending all need a connection, and replies are not queued while you are offline.

Your AI agent runs on AI Emaily’s servers, so scheduled sends and agent work continue while your device is offline.

Branded offline fallback

If you open AI Emaily with no connection, a lightweight branded offline page is shown, explaining that AI Emaily needs a connection. Reconnect and the app loads normally.

Updating the app

Updates happen silently in the background. The next time you open AI Emaily after an update has downloaded, a subtle banner lets you apply the update instantly with a single tap — no App Store approval cycle, no manual download.
