Voice-matched drafting
The agent learns your tone from your sent mail and drafts as you.
Aiemaily studies how you actually write — your vocabulary, sentence shape, and the way your formality shifts between a client and a cofounder — then drafts replies in that voice so you can send faster without sounding like a chatbot.
How it works
When you open a thread and tap “Draft in my voice,” the agent reads the conversation, pulls relevant facts from your context engine (company names, deal stages, open action items), and composes a ready reply grounded in your sent history.
It doesn’t invent context. Every value it drops in — a name, a date, a project reference — comes from something already in your mail or your saved context. If the information isn’t there, the draft leaves an explicit placeholder instead of fabricating.
What the voice model picks up
Aiemaily reads patterns across your sent mail, not individual messages. It notices the words you reach for, how long your sentences run, whether you use bullet points or flowing prose, and how formal you get depending on who you’re writing to.
| Signal | What the agent learns |
|---|---|
| Vocabulary | Your preferred words and phrases vs. generic filler |
| Sentence length | Short punchy sentences or longer flowing ones |
| Formality register | How you address clients vs. internal teammates vs. cofounders |
| Structure habits | Lists, headers, or plain paragraphs |
| Sign-off style | How you close — brief, warm, formal, or none |
Tuning the reply model
Go to Settings → AI & Voice to control how the agent drafts. You can set defaults globally or override them per Autopilot / Copilot rule.

Limits to know
Voice matching improves the more sent mail the agent can read. If your connected account has very little sent history, early drafts will be closer to a generic tone and will improve as you send more.
The agent never surfaces or logs your mail content to external services. All voice-model inference runs inside Aiemaily’s isolated worker — your messages are not used for model training.
