Web, desktop & mobile
One inbox across web, macOS, and your phone — built to feel native.
Aiemaily runs wherever you do — your agent, context, and rules follow you across every surface.
Where you can use Aiemaily
Aiemaily is a web-first application that works in any modern browser today. Install it as a desktop app on macOS for a native-feeling window experience. On phones and tablets it adapts automatically, switching to a single-pane drill-down layout below tablet width — no separate app required.
Your AI rules, labels, drafts, and audit history are shared across every surface. There is no per-device setup.
| Surface | How to access | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Web (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) | aiemaily.com — sign in and go | Available now |
| macOS desktop app | Install via the browser 'Add to Dock' prompt or the Settings → Install page | Available now (Electron shell) |
| iPhone / iPad | Open aiemaily.com in Safari, add to Home Screen as a PWA | Available now (PWA); native iOS app planned |
| Android | Open aiemaily.com in Chrome, install via 'Add to Home Screen' | Available now (PWA); native Android app planned |
A consistent experience everywhere
The same keyboard shortcuts, AI commands, and settings panel appear on every surface. Switching from your laptop to your phone mid-triage picks up exactly where you left off — the read/unread state, your current filter, and any in-progress drafts all sync in real time.
Native mobile apps
macOS desktop app
The macOS app is an Electron shell that wraps the same web interface. It gives you a proper app window, dock icon, ⌘-Tab switching, and system-level notification badges.
Because it shares the same codebase as the web app, every new feature ships to the desktop app automatically — no separate release cycle.

Responsive layout
Below 768 px (tablet width) the three-pane layout collapses to a single pane with a back gesture: folder list → thread list → message. Navigation lives in a bottom tab bar that stays reachable with one thumb.
Above 768 px you get the full sidebar + list + reading pane, with an optional AI side-panel at wider viewports.
